Are you sure your subscribers are seeing your emails?

Email lists are such an important communication channel for every organisation. It’s critical that you give your emails the best chance of appearing in your subscribers inbox, and not their junk folder.

What you need to do to improve your odds

There are three critical things you need to make sure are set up properly.

Some internet standards were created to help combat the rise of SPAM and impersonation/fraud. These give mail servers the confidence that when an email arrives, they can triple check that the email has indeed come from the owner of the domain name, and that it isn’t a proverbial wolf in sheeps clothing.

You need to ensure you have three DNS records set-up.
